YPG-1000 Pressure Nozzle Spray Dryer Granulator
The YPG pressure spray dryer is engineered for processing solutions, suspensions, slurries, and paste materials. Liquid material is atomized into fine droplets that contact hot air directly in the drying tower, enabling instant moisture evaporation. This system delivers high efficiency, extensive mass transfer area, and rapid drying times typically between 5-30 seconds.
Working Principle
Solutions, emulsions, suspensions, or slurries are sprayed as fine beads into hot air flowing from the top to bottom of the drying chamber. Water evaporates instantly upon contact with high-temperature air (150-500°C), transforming liquid material into granular product within seconds. The dried product discharges from the tower bottom or cyclone separator, while exhaust air with collected fine powder passes through separation devices.
