This industrial conveying system features compact design with minimal space requirements, allowing flexible pipeline configuration for optimal plant layout. Complete PLC-controlled automation ensures reliable operation with easy maintenance.
Materials enter the sending tank through double butterfly valves while displaced air is released via exhaust valves. When the tank reaches 90% capacity, valves seal and compressed air mixes with materials. At preset pressure (0.2-0.5 MPa), discharge valves open automatically, transporting materials in plunger form through pressurized pipelines until complete material transfer.
