This 0.9x7.5M continuous vibrating fluid bed dryer is engineered for efficient drying, cooling, and moisture adjustment operations in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. The system processes powder and granular materials with uniform heating and high drying intensity.
Working Principle
Material enters through the feed port and moves forward continuously along the horizontal fluidized bed under vibration force. Hot air passes through the fluidized bed, exchanging heat with wet material. Moist air is exhausted through the cyclone separator, while dried product discharges from the outlet.
