2. The up and down movement of the die adopts the power source of cylinder welding, and 4 guide posts + linear bearings are used as the sliding medium to ensure the smooth movement.

3. The equipment frame is composed of two parts. The lower frame is welded with high-quality A3 square pipe, and the upper frame is welded with stainless steel A3 square tube with exquisite appearance.

4. Temperature control adopts single point heating system and PLC programmable microcomputer control.
In the system, the man-machine interface window adjusts the welding parameters to ensure that the temperature of each welding position is constant, the welding effect is the best.
