Its working principle is to divide materials into different groups according to different colors, so as to improve the quality of materials. For example, it can classify moldy nuts, separate red plastic particles from mixed color groups, remove bad rice, etc.
When the color sorter is working, the feeding hopper will evenly distribute the materials in each chute under the action of the vibrator, and then the camera will scan and calculate the fallen materials. If the unqualified materials or impurities are found in the materials, the ejector will blow the defective products into the hopper.
High elasticity, wide application our color sorter is suitable for color classification of different rice. Different rice has different optimal working mode.
