Catalytic Combustion Technology
Catalytic combustion is a gas-solid phase catalytic reaction involving deep oxidation with active oxygen. The catalyst surface adsorbs reactant molecules, increasing concentration and accelerating reaction rates. This enables flameless combustion where VOCs are oxidatively decomposed into CO₂ and H₂O while releasing substantial thermal energy for purification.
Safety Features
The system includes temperature probes and supplementary cooling valves. When catalytic combustion chamber temperatures exceed set limits, fresh air is introduced to dilute and cool the intake, protecting equipment and preventing accidents.
System Construction
Main structure consists of purification unit, induced draft fan, and electrical controls. The integrated purification unit includes heat exchanger, preheating chamber, catalytic bed, flame arrester, and explosion-proof device. Furnace body features 100mm thermal insulation with surface temperature ≤ ambient temperature +30°C.
