1. MAIN APPLICATION
Used to produce PVC Electrical Insulation Tape;
Suitable material: Base material: PVC film (0.10-0.40mm);
. Glue:Primer: viscosity 20~100CPS; solid content 12~15%; Glue volume: 5~10g/m2(moist glue);
Surface: viscosity 10000~60000CPS; solid content 15~30%; Glue volume: 65~90g/m2(moist glue); Solvent rubber.
2. COATING TECHNOLOGY
Coating type of primer glue: Gravure roller transferred coating;
Coating type of surface glue: Comma roller coating;
Temperature control of oven: Proportional control valves to guarantee the accurate control;
Low tension canvas storage mechanism: It can store canvas of 10.5m;
Fully automatical surface winder: Three-roller no shaft winding, Paper tube clipping device, automatically film cutting;
Transition rollers by dynamic balance treatment: It guarantees the flexibility of rotation.
