1.2.2.1. Primer: viscosity 20~100CPS; solid content 12~15%; Glue volume: 5~10g/m2(moist glue);

1.2.2.2. Surface: viscosity 10000~60000CPS; solid content 15~30%; Glue volume: 65~90g/m2(moist glue); Solvent rubber.

2. COATING TECHNOLOGY

2.1. Coating type of primer glue: Gravure roller transferred coating;

2.2. Coating type of surface glue: Comma roller coating;

2.3. Temperature control of oven: Proportional control valves to guarantee the accurate control;

2.4. Low tension canvas storage mechanism: It can store canvas of 10.5m;

2.5. Fully automatical surface winder: Three-roller no shaft winding, Paper tube clipping device, automatically film cutting;

2.6. Transition rollers by dynamic balance treatment: It guarantees the flexibility of rotation.
