Main Features:

1) Unwind and rewind tension is adopted with PLC auto taper control. E.g.: when the rewind diameter is increasing, rewind tension is also increasing accordingly, so that the tension in the whole rewinding process keeps the same, i.e. constant tension.

2) Automatic length setting: once the set length is reached, servo motor is adopted to ensure easy operation and efficient performance.

3) Programmable controller: the high performance programmable controller offers convenient control of the entire rewinding operation. Both length and tension are accurately displayed by LCD readout.

4) The paper core is held firmly on the air shaft. With easy, fast loading and unloading, it greatly improves efficiency.

5) Hydraulic auto up-lifter device (optional): this device offers easy material loading for operational convenience and improves efficiency
