specifications:
1. overall machine adopt 5 frequency motor control,the tension(unwinder,coating,traction,rewinder) adopt JAPANESE MITSHUBISHI PLC to control active,through man machine interface touch screen to control and display to improve machine tension reliability.
2. unwinder frame model is single type hydraulic life and adopt magnetic powder automatic tension control.
3. comma blade roller clutch adjustment adopt pneumatic swing arm type,swing arm with fine adjust device control,glue quantity thickness by feeler gauge control.
4. anilox roller coating method, coating blade shaft adopt heavy double shaft type machine independently moving,blade adjust by manual with pneumatic type, angle is adjusted freely, coating quantity is depend the gravure roller mesh, different coating quantity can change different mesh gravure roller.
5. two layers oven:up layer 27m for 9sections independent control temperature,down layer 9m for 3section independent control,conduction oil cycle heating,hot wind intake dry system,the adjustment inner cycle inhale and exhaust air device,intake and out with strong air,dry thoroughly.
6. oven inner guide wheel is active synchronous with the mainframe,drive adopt synchrous belt wheel drive guide wheel to assure synchronous to reduce material stretch and defomation,cylinder pneumatic open oven and film pass operation panel so that worker can work very easily.
7. the tension between the coating rolller to traction steel roller synchronous adopt swing arm type active control by PLC.
8. automatic length and speed meter device.
9. webguide adopt EPC air sensitive register to assure the trimness when rewinding
10. unwinding and rewinding adopt key type air shaft for easily operate when loading and unloading the material,air shaft take in and off adopt safety lock type.
11. high presicion up press traction device,steel roller cooling adopt water cycle to make the film surface more smooth and neat to reach good cooling effect.
