Cutting the Steel Sheet.

Name card and ventilation holes will be punched in this part.
Bending the Steel Sheet..
The edges will be bended into necessary shapes after the punching process.
Polishing the Steel Sheet..
Polish the surface and corner of each spare parts to smoosh their surface.
Powder Spraying Line.
Different color electrostatic powder will be sprayed on each item.
Packing Workshop.
Professional packing team will finish all packing task of sprayed parts here.
