Product Structure & Construction
Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP/ACM) consists of two layers of aluminum coils sandwiching a high-quality LLDPE core. The prepainted aluminum coils undergo degreasing and surface purification, followed by Henkel anodization to create a fine anodized layer that enhances coating adhesion and surface smoothness.
Core Materials
- LLDPE Core: Available in breakable and non-breakable variants; non-breakable core cannot be snapped from either side; white core options available
- Aluminum Coil: Produced in-house with various aluminum grades; coated with anodized layer for superior painting adhesion
- Polymer Film: Imported polymer film used for lamination to ensure maximum panel fastness and prevent peeling
- Protective Film: Applied on finished ACP panels for extra protection; transparent and branded film options available
