ACSR features a concentric-lay-stranded design with a single core wire or stranded steel central core surrounded by one or more layers of 1350 H19 stranded aluminium wires. Steel cores are protected by galvanizing, aluminium-clad alloy, or zinc-5% aluminium mischemical alloy coating.
Manufactured to international standards including ASTM B232, CSA C49, DIN 48204, and IEC 61089. Custom OEM designs and specifications are also available.
