SL Series Jet Mud Mixer 320m³/h Capacity with 75kW Motor for Drilling Fluid Control Systems
The SL Series Jet Mud Mixer, also known as a mud mixing hopper unit, is specialized equipment designed for preparing and increasing drilling fluid weight by adding and mixing bentonite. This system effectively modifies fluid density, viscosity, and dehydration properties, with enhanced performance when paired with shear pumps.

The complete unit includes one sand pump, one venturi mud mixing hopper, and one jet mud mixing hopper with pump, all mounted on a stable base with integrated pipe valves. The system offers safe operation, stability, and convenient mobility. Custom twin-hopper units with dual pumps are available upon request.
Customized jet mixing systems are available to meet specific operational requirements.
