Mud Agitator Description
Drilling rig mud agitator used in oilfield to mix drilling mud.
1. The main models of mud agitator designed, developed and produced by the company are JB/W-22, JB/W18.5, JB/W15, JB/W11, JB/W7.5 and JB/W5.5. The reducer adopts worm or worm wheel, with tight structure, good meshing performance and reliable work.
2. The explosion-proof electric machine and reducer input shaft are connected through elastic shaft coupling instead of belt transmission, and therefore the rotation speed of the wave wheel is constant, the mixing intensity is large and the range is wide, which has structurally avoided the phenomenon of engines overload at startup, suitable for wild field operation under poor conditions, and it is convenient to be installed, regulated or replaced.
