F-1300 Drilling Rig Mud Pump Overview
F-1300 drilling mud pumps are certified with ISO and API 7k standards for oil and gas drilling rig applications. The F-series mud pump system includes power end, fluid end, spraying system, lubricating system, and charging system components.

Spraying System
The spraying system includes spray pump, cooling water box, and spray pipe components designed to cool and flush liners and pistons, significantly improving service life. The centrifugal spray pump can be driven by input shaft extension or separate motor.
Lubricating System
Power end utilizes combined forced and splash lubrication. Pressure oil is conveyed through lubricating pipeline to crosshead, intermediate rod, and all bearings via gear oil pump.
Charging System
Complete charging system prevents air lock during low pump inlet pressure conditions. Includes charging pump, pump base, butterfly valve, and corresponding manifold.
