Safety Valve

Safety valve is a device consisting of actuator and gate valve used to control the main path and flanks of Christmas trees through remote hydraulic operation in order to ensure the safety of wellhead equipment.

Structural Characters:

· Single piston design and small displacement, making closing time short;

· Opening and closing state can be directly displayed by the apical axis on the top;

· The driver unit is design with sand prevention structure, which can prevent corrosion of wind and sand;

· Single-spring or double-spring structure (with shearing function) can be realized according to customer needs; the spring assembly is easy to be assembled with no need to use special tools;

· There is housing outside the spring, which can provide effective protection;

· Convenient for maintenance, the gate valve can be disassembled entirely for repair.
