KTZ600L Plunger Pump, reciprocating, positive displacement, single-acting, horizontal three-cylinder plunger pump

KTZ600L pump is a reciprocating, positive displacement, single-acting, horizontal three-cylinder plunger pump, the pump's maximum input power is 600HP. The pump is widely used in intermittent well operations, such as acidification, cementing, fracturing, water injection and other conditions.

Main structural features:

1. It is composed of three parts: power end, hydraulic end and reduction box;

2. the use of a unique reducer external design, reducer can be left or right, there are 16 different installation positions can choose to install, easy to vehicle layout and maintenance;

3. Derived from SPM600 short pump, the length of the pump shell is increased, and the small connecting rod is increased. The plunger and the connecting rod are connected by clamp instead, which overcomes the disadvantages of short pump that is not easy to maintain, and is suitable for single pump truck (skid).

4. Basic interchangeability with SPM600 pump internal parts;

5. there are two different pump head body to install four different specifications of plunger (3", 3.5", 4", 4.5"), in order to obtain different pressure, displacement for customers to choose the use.
