KTZ600S Plunger Pump, reciprocating, positive displacement, single-acting, horizontal three-cylinder plunger pump

KTZ600S pump is a reciprocating, positive displacement, single acting, horizontal three-cylinder piston pump, the pump's maximum input power is 600HP. The pump is widely used in intermittent well operations, such as acidification, cementing, fracturing, water injection and other conditions.

Main structural features:

1. It is composed of three parts: power end, hydraulic end and reduction box;

2. the use of a unique reducer external design, reducer can be left or right, there are 16 different installation positions can choose to install, easy to vehicle layout and maintenance;

3. the same as the original SPM600 pump, small volume, light weight, due to the short pump structure design, suitable for configuration in the double machine double pump truck (skid), become the standard product of cementing truck and injection equipment;

4. Complete interchangeability with SPM600 pump assembly;

5. there are two different pump head body to install four different specifications of plunger (3", 3.5", 4", 4.5"), in order to obtain different pressure, displacement for customers to choose the use.
