KTZ400 pump is a reciprocating, positive displacement, single acting, horizontal three-cylinder piston pump, the pump's maximum input power is 600HP. The pump is widely used in intermittent well operations, such as acidification, cementing, fracturing, water injection and other conditions.

Main structural features:

1. It is mainly composed of three parts: power end, hydraulic end and separator connection;

2. power end deceleration using worm gear and worm drive, with high deceleration ratio, smooth transmission, long service life characteristics;

3. power end input shaft and hydraulic end plunger in the same direction, convenient installation of pump unit and power drive, power end lubrication pump integrated in the worm input shaft at the other end, without external lubrication force;

4. The pump shell is the power end lubricating oil box;

5. hydraulic end pump head body adopts split structure, each plunger corresponds to a piece of pump head body, can be replaced separately for each piece of pump head body, low maintenance cost;

6. with different plunger diameter 3 3/8"-4.5" can meet different pressure and displacement for customers to choose.
