KTZ1000 Plunger Pump, reciprocating, positive displacement, single acting, horizontal three-cylinder plunger pump

KTZ1000 pump is a reciprocating, positive displacement, single acting, horizontal three-cylinder plunger pump, the pump's maximum input power is 1000HP. The pump is widely used in oil well operations, such as acidification, fracturing, killing and other conditions.

Main structural features:

1. It consists of two parts: power end assembly and hydraulic end assembly;

2. the crankshaft adopts double key eccentric wheel structure, two pairs of involute helical gears are installed at both ends of the crankshaft to transfer power, in order to offset the axial force, the size of the gear is placed inside the pump shell, make full use of the effective space, reduce the size of the whole pump in the width direction, conducive to the layout of the whole pump;

3. the pump light weight, small volume, high pressure, suitable for small fracturing truck (skid);

4. the hydraulic end and the power end are connected with 8 alloy steel rod, when the hydraulic end is removed, the rod is left on the power end. Threaded connection between the plunger and crosshead makes it easy to remove and maintain the hydraulic end;

5. the hydraulic end assembly is installed with four different specifications of the plunger (3.75", 4", 4.5", 5"), in order to obtain different pressure, displacement for customers to choose.
