L Type Finned Tube

LL Type Finned Tube
Similar to L type but with overlapping fins that provide enhanced corrosion resistance and improved thermal performance.
KL Type Finned Tube
Base tube is knurled before wrapping the L-shaped fin strip, with additional knurling after wrapping to strengthen the bond between tube and fin.
Manufacturing Process
Fin strip is wrapped under tension around the base tube, with fins welded to the base tube at the strip ends for secure attachment.
