DELLOK KL Type Finned Tubes feature carbon steel base tubes with knurled aluminum fins for enhanced heat transfer performance and corrosion resistance up to 260°C operating temperature.
The KL finned tube manufacturing involves knurling the base tube surface before wrapping the L-shaped fin strip. After winding, the fin foot is also knurled to strengthen the bond between tube and fin, resulting in improved heat transfer efficiency.
