0.6mm Extruded Fin Tube Overview
High-performance bimetallic fin tubes featuring copper core tubes with extruded aluminum fins for superior heat transfer efficiency in industrial applications.
Manufacturing Process
A smooth copper core tube is inserted into an aluminum sleeve, then fins are extruded from the aluminum sleeve. Available in solid plain or serrated configurations with 12, 16, or 24 segments. Optional unfinned section gaps in the middle available upon request.
End Protection & Delivery Condition
Both bare ends of extruded bimetallic finned tubes receive zinc or aluminum metallized coating applied by electro spray arc system. Tube ends are square cut, burr-free, internally dried and air-blown clean, with external varnish coating at both ends for DR Type tubes. Desiccants included in packaging for continental transportation.
Available Accessories
Tube support boxes, clamps, or spacer boxes manufactured from aluminum, zinc, or stainless steel materials.
