Manufacturing Process
Aluminum fin strip is tension wound and placed into grooves cut into the tube with approximately 0.4mm fluted depth. Both ends of Grooved G type Fin Tubes receive Zinc or Aluminum metalized coating applied by electro spray arc system. Tube ends are square cut, burr-free, internally dried and air blown clean, with external varnish coating at both ends.
