DELLOK G Type Embedded Fin Tube for Heat Exchanger
The G Type Embedded Fin Tube, also known as Grooved Fin Tube, is engineered for applications requiring higher operating temperatures up to 450°C while maintaining excellent heat transfer efficiency in less corrosive environments.
Manufacturing Process
Our advanced manufacturing process utilizes two non-cutting plates set at 90° to the tube axis. The first plate creates a precision groove through metal spinning, while the second plate directs the fin ribbon into the groove and secures it through controlled pressure. This continuous operation ensures optimal bond strength between fin material and base tube.
