The G Type finned tube features fins embedded into the outer wall of the tube, designed for continuous process applications in demanding industrial environments including refineries, petrochemical plants, fertilizer facilities, and gas processing plants.
Manufacturing Process
Our advanced manufacturing utilizes specialized tooling with non-cutting plates set at 90° to the tube axis. The process creates precise grooves for metal spinning and securely embeds the fin foot through controlled pressure application. Tungsten carbide tooling enables production with austenitic steel and exotic alloy base tubes.
