The Embedded G Type Fin Tube features a precision manufacturing process where the fin strip is wound into a machined groove and securely locked into place by back filling with base tube material. Our specialized manufacturing tool utilizes two non-cutting plates positioned at 90° to the tube axis. The first plate creates the groove for metal spinning, while the second directs the ribbon into the groove and sets the fin foot through precise pressure application. Tungsten carbide plates enable production with austenitic steel and exotic alloy base tubes.
