DELLOK A214 CS Helical Condenser Extruded Fin Tube - 10-51mm OD, 300°C Max Temperature for Heat Exchangers
This extruded fin tube features a bi-metallic construction with an aluminum outer tube and carbon steel inner tube, forming integral helical fins through cold extrusion. Designed for optimal heat transfer performance in demanding industrial applications.
The fins are rotary cold rolled from a thick-walled aluminum blank tube slid over the core tube. Three multi-spindle disc packs extrude the hollow blank into helical high fins, creating a mechanically solid joint between fin and tube.
