TMI Adhension Test on Decorative Tempered Glass

Adhesion, Preheat 5 pieces in the environment of (100 ± 2) ℃ for 0.5h, and then naturally cool to room temperature. Select three non adjacent areas on each piece of workpiece, at least one 10 mm away from the edge, with a spacing of 1 mm and a 10 mm * 20 mm network grid (all cuts should be made to the surface of the substrate). After cleaning the surface paint layer with soft towel, paste the surface with 3m610 transparent tape, rub the tape with finger tip, and fully contact the coating color seen through the tape. Within 5min after sticking the adhesive tape, hold the hanging end of the tape, and tear off the adhesive tape steadily at an angle of 90 ° for 100 times within 0.5s ~ 1s. The coating on the front of the sample shall not fall off.
