CNC tempered glass grinding:

A. Generally, the grinding wheel surface is vertical, and the diamond grinding surface is about 380 mesh, which is rough;
B. Guide angle grinding can be r angle or C angle according to customer requirements. The grinding wheel surface is in a certain angle or a certain radian. The diamond grinding surface is about 800 mesh, which is fine and can reduce the bad edge collapse.

The process will bring the glass surface compressive stress and the interior tensile stress which can improve the mechanical strength of glass by germination and result in good thermal stability.
