Central Solid 4 Jaw Self Centering Lathe Chuck 500rpm
1. Description
This product is specially designed for laser pipe cutter. The product itself can be used as an independent spindle with a chuck in the middle which can firmly clamp the work-piece and rotate at the same time.
Rotating air inlet can be realized through tail-mounted rotator so that the rapid clamping and loosening action can be achieved. The working air source adopts the principle of continuous air supply.
After the product base is fixed, connect the matched motor with the gear, and connect the compressed air source(0.4-0.9Mpa) to realize clamping and driving the work-piece to rotate. It is mainly used for work-piece clamping, rotating and front and back feeding.
Because of the long length of the parts processed by the cutter, the tail chuck and the matched main chuck are usually installed in pairs on the equipment.
This product is a four-claw automatic synchronous centering structure with solid center. It is recommend to be used in tube-sheet integrated machine and it can cut the square and circular tube-sheet.
