Laser Pipe Cutter Pneumatic Power Chuck Rotary Four Jaw
1. Description
This chuck is a four-jaw full-stroke main chuck designed for laser tube cutting equipment. This one has a chuck in the middle that can hold the workpiece firmly and rotate at the same time. After the product base is fixed, only the matching motor is added and connected with the gear, and then the compressed air source(0.1-0.9Mpa) is connected to achieve clamping work-piece and driving the work-piece to rotate. The quick clamping and releasing action is realized by rotating the air intake sideways. Compared with similar products on the market, this chuck has higher rotation accuracy and repeatability, and higher clamping force.
The product can be widely used in special-purpose laser pipe cutting machine and other pipe processing machine tool systems.
