1. Descripition
Our pneumatic rotary chuck is mainly designed for laser tube cutting machine.This pneumatic chuck can also clamp round,rectanbular, square, H-shape and L-shape tubes,which can meet your different requirments.
This chuck is the latest design. The pneumatic rotary chuck is a full stroke design, so there is no need to adjust the position of the four jaws. This kind pneumatic rotary chuck's claw stroke/diameter is 220mm, the maximum clamping force is 1.5KN and the central height is 315mm. In the case of low air pressure, a smaller clamping force can be obtained.
The pneuamtic chuck can work in full stroke without additional adjustment of four jaws.Adopting a fully closed structure, the chuck has better stability and wear resistance.It has longer service life, higher rotary accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy becaused of the inner cross roller bearing.
