Single Bearing Full Stroke Pneumatic 4 Jaw Rotary Laser Chuck
1. Description
Chuck is a four-jaw full stroke main chuck specially designed for laser pipe cutting equipment. The chuck itself can work as an independent rotating spindle. After the base of the product is fixed, it only needs to connect the supporting motor and gear, and then connect the compressed air source (0.3-0.9mpa) to clamp the workpiece and drive the workpiece to rotate. Chuck full stroke operation, no need to adjust the position of the four PAWS. Compared with similar products on the market, the chuck has higher rotation accuracy and repetition accuracy, as well as higher clamping force. And the chuck has a longer service life, can greatly save the customer's use cost.
The products can be widely used in special laser pipe cutting machine and other pipe processing systems.
