1. Descripition
This kind of chuck is four-jaws dual power and automatic two-two-center structure. Because of the long length of the parts processed by the cutting machine, the main chuck is used as head position of laser cutting machine and the rear chuck is matched with it. This model is professional pneumatic chuck for heavy-duty pipe cutting machine, it can clamp round pipe up to Φ440mm with 1000KG weight. This type of pneumatic chuck is stable in structure and it can withstand large radial force, axial force and overturning force. When working, it rotates smoothly with high accuracy and low noise.
Our laser chuck is pneumatic type and is mainly used in laser pipe cutting machine, plasma cutting machine and welding machine. It can support different shapes of pipes, such as round pipe, square pipe, rectangular pipe, L-shape pipe and H-shape pipe.
