1. Description
The hydraulic chuck chuck can be used for internal expansion and external clamping. It is oil pressure, air pressure inside the hidden mechanism, do not need to install additional rotary cylinder in the back. Bearing no load, chuck high speed performance, long service life. It's still cold when it rotates. The forced opening of the collet is a two-way force. When the pressure is interrupted, the chuck locks itself and remains clamped. The cylinder is capable of cutting heavy duty pipe fittings.
Easy to install, just connect the flange directly to the spindle. It can be connected to the machine system by three-point combination valve. Chuck does not close, can be controlled normally. Due to the use of strict dustproof design, so greatly prolong the life of the product. At the position 10mm away from the end face, the clamping accuracy is between 0.05-0.08mm. This type of cylinder is suitable for laser cutting, NC, CNC and other industries.
