2. What is sample time and mass production time ?
Usually, sample time is about 3 days for exist sample, 5 days for dummy,7-9 days for digital sample and 10 days for offset sample.

3. What color printing you can provide ?
We can provide Offset five color printing, full color (CMYK printing) and PMS color printing.

4. What size can you provide ?
We accept OEM products, so any size are avaiable.
 

5. Where is your factory located ? How can i visit there ?
Our factory located in Guangzhou City.
We can arrange a car to pick you up at Guangzhou Airport if needed, welcome to visit .

6. What information should i give you if i want to get a quotation ?
-AI or PDF production drawing or size of the products (Length x Width x Height)
-Material and surface handling (We could advise if you're not sure)
-Printing colors
-Purchase quantity

7. If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?
Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping.If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.
