70t / H Mineral Processing Plant Rotary Stone Washer
Widely used in the pre-sequence cleaning and screening of ore materials with large amount of impurities, mud and high requirements for cleaning. It can also be used to clean large blocks of ore materials that are difficult to wash, such as stirring, washing, separating and desliming of minerals. It has been widely used in many sand and stone production lines.
The slurry material feeds into the drum where it is vigorously scrubbed, the soil matrix is broken up and the target mineral is released. The material is then screened through the rotating screen and waste is ejected. The screened material is then passed on to the concentrating modules for upgrading.
