In the autogenous mill and semi-automatic mill, the mill liner includes the barrel rubber lifting strip, barrel liner, feed end liner, ore discharge grid liner, discharger and other parts.

The autogenous mill (SAG mill) liner can effectively reduce the impact and friction of the grinding body on the cylinder, thereby greatly improving the operating efficiency, increasing the output, and reducing the consumption of electric energy.

The grinding medium loaded in the rod mill is grinding rods, and both ends of the grinding rods will be extremely sharp after grinding. Therefore, the types of liner required in the rod mill include:

The rod mill liner has good wear resistance, which can not only resist the huge external impact but also reduce the collision between the lining plate and other parts.

The damp mill liner has good sealing properties and no pulp leakage. The damp mill liner is developed by special process formula, which has corrosion resistance and can effectively reduce the damage of metal, acid, alkali, salt, and other corrosive materials to the liner.

The lining plate of the ball mill is divided into two parts:

• Ball mill barrel part: Sealing strip liner, ball mill barrel liner, and the T-bolt
• End cover part: End lining plate, the lattice plate, the end strip, and the T bolt

The ball mill liner has the advantages of low energy consumption, high wear resistance, low noise, and easy installation. Through the actual test, compared with manganese steel lining, the ball mill with rubber lining installed in a mine with an annual output of 100,000 tons can save 150,000 tons of steel balls every year.
