The LHL Jet Mill utilizes compressed air that is frozen, filtered, and dried to form a supersonic airflow injected into the crushing chamber, fluidizing the material. Accelerated particles collide at the intersection of multiple nozzle airflows, achieving ultra-fine crushing through severe collision, friction, and shear forces.

Crushed material is transported to the classification area where centrifugal force separates coarse and fine particles. Coarse particles return for further crushing while fine particles are collected, with purified gas discharged by the fan system.
