The PE/PEX Series Jaw Crusher delivers high crushing efficiency with uniform product size distribution. Operating Principle
Electric Motor Driven Crushing Mechanism
This crusher utilizes an electric motor as the primary power source. The motor drives the eccentric shaft through V-belts, causing the swing jaw to follow a predetermined path that effectively crushes the feed material. The crushing chamber, composed of stationary jaw plate, swing jaw plate, and liner plate, ensures efficient material reduction. Processed material is discharged from the lower section of the machine at the desired size specification.
