Organic Fertilizer Rotary Drying Machine
Organic fertilizer is produced from natural materials including chicken manure, pig manure, and other biological sources without chemical additives. These materials are rich in essential nutrients including nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matter, amino acids, and proteins. The rotary drying process effectively reduces moisture content, eliminates odors, and prepares the material for pelletization, making it suitable as mushroom cultivation medium and as a green compound fertilizer to enhance soil quality and provide comprehensive crop nutrition.
System Components
The complete drying system includes heat source unit, material dispersion mechanism, belt-type feeding system, rotating drum assembly, belt-type discharge system, exhaust fan, unloading mechanism, and centralized power distribution cabinet.
Operating Principle
Pre-crushed organic materials are fed into the rotating drum where they come into direct contact with heated air. The rotating action ensures thorough mixing and uniform drying, significantly improving thermal efficiency and processing capacity.
