Water Flotation Separator for Construction & Demolition Waste Recycling
This 45kw demolition construction waste recycling machine efficiently processes 50-150 tons per hour of construction and demolition materials. Our water flotation separator technology maximizes recovery rates and material quality while minimizing landfill waste volume.
Advanced Separation Technology
The water flotation system effectively separates concrete from lightweight materials including wood, paper, plastic, polystyrene, gypsum, asphalt shingles, and mixed rocks. Concrete materials are repurposed for road foundation construction, while recovered lightweight materials find applications across various industries.
Operation Process
Waste material travels down the main belt conveyor where lightweight materials (density less than 1000kg/m³) float on the water surface and are removed by the sweep belt conveyor. Concrete and stones continue through the system for further processing.
