The Clay Stone Roller Screen Separating Machinery operates with a working surface composed of multiple horizontally arranged rolling shafts equipped with screen plates. During operation, fine materials pass through the gaps between rollers or screen plates, while larger material blocks are driven by the rollers toward the discharge outlets. This equipment is widely utilized in coal industry applications and construction material processing.
Working Principle
The roller shafts are arranged at varying working angles, creating differential material speeds across the screen surface. Materials move faster at higher working angles and slower at lower angles. When materials traveling at different speeds converge, they begin axial movement, ensuring even distribution across the screen surface and significantly improving screening efficiency.
Applications
Primarily used for separating stone from debris in construction and mining operations. The machine effectively separates stone from mud and other unwanted materials, producing clean construction materials.
