Q1: Can i get some sample from your company ?
Yes, we can supply the free sample under your drawing, but the shipping cost be paid by our customers.

Q2: How to start new order or make payment term?
Proforma invoice will be sent firstly after client confirm order, which enclosed our bank information. Payment by T/T, Western Union or Paypal or Escrow(Alibaba).

Q3: How to confirm the Product Quality before place formal order?
Afer client paid mold cost, we will make samples under clients confirmed drawings, once client get samples from us and also confirm it , we start to manufacture the products according to Contract.

Q4:What's your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 1000kgs. But usually we accept less quantity such as first sample order on the condition that sample charge is 100% paid.

Q5: How about delivery time?
Sample Delivery time:10 working days after payment confirmed.
Formal order time: 15 working days for one full container.

Q6:Is there a discount?
Different quantity has different discount.

Q7: How do you treat quality complaint?
First of all, our quality control will reduce the quality problem to near zero. If there is a real quality problem caused by us, we will send you free goods for replacement or refund your loss.
