These are often cured in seconds and recoiled & packed for delivery to finish users. The coil coating process not only creates new markets for sheet products, but also reduces the environmental impact by minimizing paint waste and making use of excess solvents. At DZ STEEL in our ultra-modern Color Coating Line (CCL), evaporating paint solvents are re-incinerated to get heat for curing ovens, thus preventing wastage of fuel and pollution. |
