A:We are a manufacturing company and have exporting experience for more than 10 years.
Q2: What is your main products?
A:Fasteners, bolts, screws, nuts, washers, self-tapping screws, machine screws, combination screws, etc.
Q3: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, if on stock, we could offer the free sample
Q4: What is your delivery time?
A: Generally it needs 5-10 days if the goods are in stock, and 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock.
Q5: What is your payment term?
A:Mostly we use 30% advance payment by T/T, 70% before shipment.For small amount order, we have paypal account.
Q6: Do you have after-sales service?
