KWS Hygiene has its own palstic factory (molds making in house) and working closely with some long-term vendors, we have strict quality control procedure. Under the QC procedures, each product is inspected in different QC stations with gauges (or tools).

All products are guaranteed free for one year from the date of sale, and related technical services are provided. Paid repairs and lifetime maintenance are implemented beyond the free warranty period.

2. What surface finish are available to the bottles and jars?
We offer various kinds of surface handling method: Screen Printing, Frosting, Hot-stamping, Water transfer Print etc.

3. Can we get your samples?
Yes! We can offer free samples within one week. The delivery charge usually be paid by buyers.

4. What is the normal lead time?
A. For stock products, we will ship the goods out within one week after we receive your payment. Artwork is not included.
B. For OEM products, we will take about 45 days after deposit and samples approval. Depends on quantity. Mould making is not included.

5. What is your shipping way?
We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detailed requirements. By sea, by air or by express, etc.

6. How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before bulk production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. In-line QC inspection and final inspection to ensure quality.
