Anti-rust printed tinplate
1. Definition and characteristics
Anti-rust printed tinplate is a plate that is printed on the basis of tinplate with anti-rust function (usually tin-plated). It not only has the anti-rust performance of tinplate, but also can add various patterns, texts and logos on the surface through printing process. This makes it widely used in the packaging industry, such as food cans, beverage cans, cosmetic boxes, etc.
2. Printing adaptability
Since the surface of tinplate is relatively flat and has a certain degree of smoothness, it is suitable for a variety of printing methods, such as offset printing, gravure printing, etc. Moreover, the printing ink has good adhesion on the surface of tinplate, which can ensure the durability of printing quality.

Characteristics
1. Good solderability: The presence of tin layer enables electrolytic tinplate to be better connected with other metal parts during welding, which is very important in the manufacture of some metal products that need to be assembled, such as the welding package of electronic components.
2. Anti-corrosion performance: The tin layer protects the steel plate, preventing the steel plate from contacting with oxygen, moisture, etc. in the external environment, thereby slowing down the corrosion rate of the steel plate. However, when the tin layer is damaged, the steel plate may corrode faster.
3. Beautiful appearance: It has a bright metallic luster and is suitable for some products that require appearance, such as food packaging containers, small hardware products, etc.
